23rd Annual Clean Up Day

The Friends of Hales Corners Park & Pool are once again inviting the community to come together for a meaningful day of service at our 23rd Annual Clean Up Day—a long-standing tradition dedicated to preserving one of Hales Corners’ most valued community spaces.

Scheduled for Saturday, April 25, 2026, from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM, this event is more than just a seasonal cleanup—it’s an opportunity for residents, families, and local volunteers to make a visible, lasting impact. Participants will gather at the Hales Corners Pool House and work together to refresh the park grounds, helping ensure the space remains clean, welcoming, and ready for the months ahead.

For over two decades, the organization has worked to maintain and improve the park and pool for the benefit of the entire community, relying heavily on volunteer support to carry out that mission. Events like Clean Up Day play a vital role in keeping the park a safe, enjoyable destination for families, youth, and visitors from across the area.

Volunteers are encouraged to bring gloves, rakes, and brooms, and to lend a hand wherever needed. Whether you can stay for an hour or the full morning, every effort contributes to a cleaner, stronger community space. Lunch will be provided following the cleanup as a thank-you to all who participate.

This annual event is a reminder that when a community comes together, even small efforts can create a big impact. If you’re looking for a simple way to give back, meet neighbors, and take pride in your local park, the 23rd Annual Clean Up Day is the perfect place to start.
