Friends of Wehr Nature Center Cider Sunday
Dear Chamber Members,

We are excited to share that the Friends of Wehr Nature Center will be hosting their highly anticipated annual fundraiser, Cider Sunday, on Sunday, October 6th, 2024! This apple-themed event promises a day of fun for all ages, featuring educational experiences, engaging demonstrations, a story-themed hike, interactive children’s activities, and live music.
Wehr Nature Center, a cherished refuge for over 100,000 visitors from southeast Wisconsin, spans 220 acres of diverse natural landscapes including woodlands, wetlands, prairie, and oak savannah. For fifty years, it has been dedicated to environmental education and conservation. Thanks to the generous support of individuals, organizations, and businesses, the Friends of Wehr have been able to fund numerous improvements, including an early childhood space, trail upgrades, and accessible facilities such as an accessible boardwalk, viewing area, pier, and family restroom. We invite you to help make Cider Sunday a resounding success!
There are several ways your business can get involved:
- Sponsorship: Choose a sponsorship level that aligns with your business’s capacity and goals. Sponsorship offers excellent visibility and aligns your brand with a cherished community event.
- Raffle Donations: Contribute a product, service, or gift card for the raffle. This is a great way to showcase your business and support a worthwhile cause.
