I was honored to be one of the speakers at our short Memorial Day ceremony sponsored by the American Legion, Veterans of Foreign Wars, and the Veterans Memorial Committee which was held earlier today in Hales Corners Park in the Village of Hales Corners.
“Today, May 30, 2016, Memorial Day, marks the fifth year since this Veterans Memorial was dedicated to remember and honor those who made the ultimate sacrifice for all Americans. Or, in other words, they wrote a blank check to America. Today, we remember, reflect, pray, and memorialize in this solemn place”.
