Veterans Day Ceremony 2022

On behalf of the Veterans Memorial Committee, the Hales Corners American Legion Post #299, the Veterans of Foreign Wars in Hales Corners and Franklin #10394, I was honored and privileged to give my 11th consecutive Veterans Day ceremony speech this morning in Hales Corners Park since this Veterans Memorial was dedicated on Memorial Day in 2012.

With this being said, it is my sincere hope that Veterans Day will be tied together with Voting Day in the not too distant future for American citizens so that there is a complete respect, understanding, and appreciation for the millions of men and women in uniform who wrote a blank check for all of us in the United States to exercise our right to vote to ensure democracy, freedom and Liberty.
