The Friends of Hales Corners Park & Pool need at least ten people to help to set up the Alyson Dudek Community Ice Rink next Saturday, December 2, 2017 beginning at 9:30 am.
We will meet in front of the Hales Corners Pool house. The more people the faster the setup goes. Please RSVP to Don Schwartz: donaldgschwartz@gmail.com if you can assist.
In addition, we will need a few people to help maintain the rink over the winter.
I would like to take this opportunity to thank both Bruce and Jay for their time and hard work over three winters with maintaining the Alyson Dudek Community Ice Rink and they did an outstanding job for our Friends group on behalf of the Village of Hales Corners and the surrounding communities. Bruce has since moved out of the community and Jay has other commitments.
As you know we are all community volunteers (starting year 16) and without enough help to set up the community rink and to then to maintain it there will be no ice skating this winter. Please email donaldgschwartz@gmail.com if you are interested in maintaining the Alyson Dudek Community Rink this winter.
