The Memorial Day ceremony in Hales Corners Park at the Veterans Memorial went perfectly this morning as did the flag retirement did later at the VFW in Franklin with Boy Scout Troop 531 heading this effort.
Approximately 50 folks showed up at both events and I’m grateful to the Veterans for allowing me to give my 13th consecutive speech since the Veterans Memorial was dedicated on May 27, 2012.
